We are sometimes able to help with ad-hoc and one-off technical problems or to provide freelance technical support and programming direct from our offices or at your site. Please e-mail us or call us on (01328) 711486 to discuss your requirements; we may not always be able to drop eveything and come running if we're busy but sometimes we can and do. There's no charge for asking (or, as some places put it, your initial consultation is free) and we charge as little as £75 + VAT for a simple incident handled here or £125 for a call-out.

We're within reasonable reach of most places in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, certainly for a half or full day's work. Local towns and cities covered include Aylsham, Bury-St-Edmunds, Cambridge, Colchester, Dereham, Fakenham, Ipswich, Kings Lynn, Norwich, Swaffham, Thetford and Peterborough. We're happy to travel further by arrangement.

If you need it tomorrow, overnight, right now or yesterday, we may be in a position to help so it's worth asking. We often work odd and unsociable hours and we're more used than most to working to short schedules and fast turnarounds.
